1. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API tokens, and promptly revoke credentials you no longer use. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service may suspend access to address abuse or protect users and infrastructure.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Hax to break the law, access systems without permission, distribute malware, evade service limits, compromise accounts, or interfere with the platform. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or contains personal data you are not authorized to share.
3. Skills and content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Hax permission to store, secure, display, and deliver that content as required to provide the features you use. You are responsible for reviewing skills and their instructions before using them. Skills are provided as developer content and are not a guarantee of safety, accuracy, or compatibility.
4. Plans and availability
Free and paid plan features, limits, and prices are displayed in the product. Availability, quotas, and features may change as the service evolves. Paid plan billing and cancellation terms must be shown at checkout before any payment is taken.
5. Third-party services
Hax may connect to AI providers or other services that have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Hax is not responsible for external services outside its control.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hax and request account deletion in your settings. Hax may restrict or end access when needed to address violations, security risks, or service shutdown. Provisions that need to continue after termination remain in effect.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Hax is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hax disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms where applicable. Contact the Hax service administrator using the support contact published with your deployment. Effective date: 14 October 2026.
